What are ways an author or copyright holder allows others to use their work?

Authors and copyright holders may allow others to use their works in the following ways: (a) transfer of the exclusive right; (b) license agreement, (c) other ways specified by law. The exclusive right to use a work may be transferred, in whole or in part, to other persons based on a written or electronic agreement, or may be used, in whole or in part, by other persons based on a license agreement. The terms and conditions to be included in the transfer of exclusive rights and license agreements are specified in the law.
